Educational scholarships for young people in vulnerable circumstances
Since 2013, Grupo Saporiti has actively collaborated with Fundación Programa Empujar, an initiative of Fundación Pleroma dedicated to promoting equal educational and employment opportunities for young people facing financial hardship. We firmly believe that education is a powerful tool for building a fairer and more equitable world. That is why we support this program, which has awarded scholarships for access to higher education and provided tools for competitive entry into the workforce since 2007.
Our company is a co-founder of Programa Empujar and hosts the country’s first Centro Empujar at its Pilar Plant. This network of companies works together to support young people on their path to their first formal job, offering personal development education and technical training in areas such as logistics, quality, laboratory operations and health and safety. Each participant also has a mentor from one of the companies involved who guides them both during their training and in their subsequent job search.
The program is based on values such as a strong work ethic, effort, an entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility and solidarity. More than 1,000 young people have already gone through this experience, with encouraging results in terms of inclusion and social mobility.

Fundación Empujar follows the motto “What is lacking is not talent but opportunities” and provides valuable opportunities to young people who are eager to progress.
At Grupo Saporiti, we are proud to support Fundación Empujar’s purpose: building a bridge between civil society and the business world to inspire and unlock the potential of young people from vulnerable backgrounds while promoting a strong work ethic.
Workplace inclusion and equal opportunity
In 2021, Grupo Saporiti entered into a mutual collaboration agreement with ADEEI Laboral, an association that promotes the social and workplace inclusion of people with disabilities, with the aim of developing a new inclusive space.
ADEEI is a nonprofit association that has provided guidance and advice to different companies since 1994. It also supports education, training and workplace inclusion processes so that young people with disabilities can connect with the world of work.
Through teamwork with ADEEI, this agreement enabled us to add a new experience that has enriched everyone involved. Over the years, new members have joined our team and enriched departments including Logistics, Production, Sales, Quality and Human Resources as well as Administration and Finance.
This challenge, which brings us great satisfaction, continues to grow every day, and we hope that it will soon cease to be a distinctive initiative. We want more companies to join this cause and contribute to creating a world with equal opportunities for all.
